A charismatic, if rather naive, individual, Arthur was and is a determined leader.
To bring new order into the three worlds- the Sky World, the Common World and the Demon World had fell into chaos because the opening of the "Divine Gate", within the "World Council", the "Knights of Round" was formed.
Although born of the Common World, he was thrown away to the Sky World when he was a mere child. There he met a young boy calling himself Santa Claus and an unknown girl named Lisa.
Not one to show his schemes, he gathers Adapters such as Akane and the rest while keeping them at arms length.
